GOOD MORNING WORLD

Good morning world. Today is the inaugural blog post for paulsvitaminstore.com

Is your day spent on the run, chasing your dream, reaching for the stars, doing the heavy lifting, pursuing excellence, going the extra mile or carrying the load?

If this sounds like your typical day then perhaps you don't always have time to eat a properly balanced diet. You probably would benefit from a little help with your nutrition. All that activity may leave you a little short on some of the daily vitamins & minerals you should be getting but don't have time to get because you don't have time to eat at all, or eat something less than optimum from the snack machine, whatever.

Do yourself a favor. Take a short break and think about what you do eat. You don't have to create a highly detailed log of every calorie or carbohydrate - that's not the point here. Is there room for improvement in the selection and frequency? If so, what minor changes can you make? Today, or maybe tomorrow. And, since this is the blog for Paul's Vitamin Store, think about the benefits of adding supplements to whatever diet you follow.
